You can visit the Pilates Zentrum in person in the heart of Friedberg—the beautiful capital of the Wetterau region—located right on Kaiserstrasse at the corner of Goetheplatz.

We aren't mainstream; we sometimes challenge the status quo, but we are authentic! We bring decades of experience and a true passion for what we do.

Our hearts beat for the teaching principles of Joseph Hubertus Pilates—a man who achieved incredible things. He was convinced that physical fitness is the foundation of a happy life!

STOTT PILATES Academy

For over 25 years, the Pilates Zentrum—and Petra herself—have been part of the extended STOTT PILATES instructor family and serve as the STOTT PILATES Academy training hub for Hesse. We are very proud of this.

We are located very close (approx. 30 minutes) to Frankfurt and the airport.
It is a wonderful privilege for us to provide first-class training and ongoing professional development for new instructors!
